A committee was constituted by Government of India in 1978 to examine Model public Health Act prepared in 1955 and other acts and suggest revised/modified updated draft Model Public Health Act. This publication was  revised with commission of several chapters from old act of 1955 and addition of few new chapters, which were relevant to the  context in those times. This was compiled in January 1987. The issue is not priced.
