  1. About: Central Bureau of Health Intelligence is having Field Survey Unit under Directorate General of Health Services functioning since 1986 and acts as a nodal agency for supervision/monitoring of flow of data, planning and research for strengthening Health Information system , imparts training & workshops  on Health Statistics, to monitor online reporting of CD & NCD in all six states of Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh , Maharashtra, Daman &  Diu, Goa, Dadra Nagar Haveli,  ICD-10, ICF &  vigil on State Health situation, Health Sector Policy Reform Options Database (HS-PROD) and information on Integrated Diseases Surveillance Project(IDSP).

Orientation Training on “Medical Records and Information Management” for Non-Medical Personnel.

 Group C and above level officials such as Nurse, Lab. Technicians, Pharmacist, Physical & Occupational Therapist, Optometrist & Ophthalmic Assistant, Clinical Psychologist, Psychiatric, Social Worker, Dietician and Health Statistician who have not undergone any formal training related to Medical Record System other than their respective professional courses and working in Central Govt./State Govt./Local Govt. Bodies/Public Sector Undertakings/Autonomous Govt. Establishments

Training of Trainers on “Family of International Classification (ICD-10 & ICF)”

Two to Three Officer (s) from following categories may be nominated for this training course from each state/UT.

  • Chief/In-charge of State Bureau of Health Intelligence (SBHI)
  • State Nodal Officer for health Information System (HIS) in the sate Directorate of Health & FW.
  • An Officer of the Rank of Associate/Assistant Professor from Bio Statistics or Community Medicine Department form a Govt. Medical College, preferably in the State Capital College in the State, then Joint Director (PH) in the State Directorate of Health & FW may considered

Officer in-Charge for Registration of Births & Deaths &/Nosologist in the State/UT (HQ)

Non-Medical Officials of Group-C and above level working in the Central Govt./State Govt./Local Govt. Bodies/Public Sector Undertaking/Autonomous Govt. Establishments and engaged in preparation, handling & maintenance of Medical and Health Data at

4.

Orientation Training on “Health Information Management” for Non-Medical Personnel.

Non-Medical Officials of Group-C working in the Central Govt./State Govt./Local Govt. Bodies/Public Sector Undertaking/Autonomous Govt. Establishments and engaged in preparation, handling & maintenance of Medical and Health Data at PHC/Dispensary/CHC/Hospitals/Municipal corporations/District Medical Health Office/Dte. Of Health, Medical & FW Services.

5.

Orientation Training on “Health Information Management” for Officers (HIM)

Group-B and above level officers closely involved in Management of Health Information from Primary Health Centre (PHC), to State/IT levels Govt. bodies/Public Sector Undertaking Autonomous Govt. Establishments. This may include Medical Officers (Including AYUSH), District Officers, Health Education Officers and Mass Medical Officers working in Health Sector and Public Health Nurses.
